Large deck and dock with a breakwater. Boat ramp near the property. The property sits on a little over an acre and is gated. A small zip line for children is always a favorite. WIFI/Stocked Kitchen and pantry/hotel amenities. The deck has a 6 person hot tub. A Blackstone grill and outdoor table for 8. Along with a propane fireplace and additional seating.
Great space with a home away from home feel. A-frame old charm with updated amenities. Sits right next to the park with a gate around the property. You can play at the lake all day or explore the beautiful areas around the dam with access right across the street.
Plenty of room for trailers with ATVs.
3 bedroom home sleeps 4-6 adults comfortably/or 4 adults & 6 children/3rd bedroom is 2 bunk beds w/trundles.
NO shoes in the home.
Guests have access to most of the property except for storage under the deck and one closet in the home that is for the owners.
The home is equipped with a keyless entry and an Echo Show. The Echo Show has been enabled with answers to common questions from guests. Example: Alexa what is the wifi password. Please feel free to contact owners when needed. Tag us @house_ofrising_sun and follow.
Located in the wonderful town of Disney. Rock crawling can be enjoyed if you have your own or want to rent from Rocks and Docks in town. Bring your own boat or rent one from Lucky Duck Marina. The dock on our property has a boat slip. Very quiet neighborhood.
The kitchen is equipped with the basic pantry and fridge needs for use by the guests. The owners ask that if you use all of something or almost all of something you add it to the shopping list on Alexa.
The home is not suitable for more than 6-8 adults. Prefer families or couples to share our vacation property with.
